Welcome to the Travel Sourcing Index® (TSI) the first truly global travel services rating system
developed for Corporate Travel Managers and Travel Buyers. This introduction will
provide you with the basic overview of the tool, and if you have any questions,

This tool is a paid annual subscription, and as such, you are required
to login and be validated as a authorized user. In order to use the reporting tool,
it is a prerequisite that you first login and complete the TSI Ratings Form and
submit it. The TSI is an interactive database that allows you make changes
or answer additional fields at your leisure.
The first section of the form is mandatory; we need to know your
Industry, Geographic Location and annualized 2008 T&E spend so that your data
can be appropriately benchmarked in the reporting tool. Note that none of your information
will be shared in detail, and your name, and company name will never be visible
or provided to any other entity. Partnership Travel Consulting is certified Safe
Harbor by the Department of Commerce and EU, and we have very strict
data privacy guidelines.
When you access the form, there will be 6 major categories for
ratings: airlines, hotel, car rental, TMC, online booking tool and airports. You
are able to rate up to four (4) travel suppliers but the system will not allow
you to give the same company 2 different ratings for the same question. Your answers
should be based on your own assessment as a Buyer, but we can also provide you with
a Corporate Traveler Form that can be customized to only allow ratings on your preferred
suppliers.
The customized form is available for a separate fee, and you can
contact us at tsi@partnershiptc.com for
a customized quote to meet your needs. That report will only be available to you,
which you can then use to fill out the TSI form on behalf of your company’s
travelers.
Once you have completed the TSI Ratings Form, your responses will
be collected along with all other travel buyers who participate in the TSI. In the
1st quarter of 2010 we will distribute the data via a TSI reporting dashboard that
will only be available to buyers like you who invested the time in the TSI. The
TSI Reporting Dashboard will provide you with summary data for each question and
how it was ranked by all of the other respondents. You can “slice and dice”
the data to report by Geography, Industry and size of T&E program. More details
on the TSI Reporting Dashboard will be sent to you once you submit the form.
We recognize that this is a completely new tool to the industry
and have ensured that we’ve received extensive feedback from Travel Buyers
and Travel Providers from around the World. around the World.

and most of them have been addressed in our FAQ section.
